The Pi Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Bravo LT, a global software development company, to empower underrepresented youth through hands-on technology education. What began as an internal initiative over a decade ago has grown into a movement that equips students with the skills, confidence, and curiosity to pursue careers in tech.
Our flagship program, the Raspberry Pi Youth Coding Camp, introduces students ages 11 to 14 to the fundamentals of coding, robotics, and electronics. Led by professional software developers, these camps foster real-world problem-solving and creativity using the Raspberry Pi platform. Students leave with their own Raspberry Pi computer and the foundation to continue learning independently.
Backed by the resources and expertise of Bravo LT and guided by a committed board of community and industry leaders, The Pi Academy is building a more inclusive future in technology. We are focused on creating opportunity through access, mentorship, and meaningful learning experiences.
